About Melissa Hennigin

Melissa Hennigin is a pedagogical director in a Reggio-inspired early childhood program in Ohio. She has worked with parents and families for over 25 years beginning as a classroom teacher and advancing to leadership roles along the way. She has experience presenting professional development classes to staff, validating centers for a national organization and is a certified trainer for the American Red Cross. Hennigin earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education at the University of Akron. She likes to spend her free time with her family boating and camping.
