Overview
Exchange Out of the Box Training is a comprehensive program designed to enhance your professional practice, thinking, and administrative processes in early childhood education settings. Participants will engage in four parts: reading and reflecting on an article, exploring and discussing ideas in a group, applying those ideas to improve practice, and sharing outcomes and plans. This training includes approximately four hours of activities. Expected outcomes are specific to the training and involve applying the presented frameworks from the reading and reflection questions. Note that outcomes should be compared to local and regulatory standards specific to your program.
