Policies are a framework for all involved in a center, and thoughtful policies are supportive for teachers. Building plan time into the schedule, and providing time and resources for teachers to reflect and communicate with peers are ways of supporting teachers professionally. Look for ways to lift teachers up, and support their health and wellbeing.
