Intentional teachers are continuously engaged in their own learning as well. Professional development for teachers as a group, and opportunities to collaborate with other teachers, all support the learning community, and the culture of the program. Teachers get to know each other’s strengths and are a professional resource for one another. This builds morale and teacher engagement.
