Amie A. Perry, M.A., is a graduate student at East Tennessee State University pursuing a doctoral degree in Early Childhood Education and works in the Center of Excellence for STEM Education as a research assistant. She is the assistant director at Early Childhood STEM Lab and facilitates various professional learning experiences. Amie is passionate about early STEM with infants and toddlers and leads a program for children and families to connect with one another and the earth at Seedkeepers Forest School. Her research interests focus on STEM with infants and toddlers, preservice teacher science education preparation, and the impact of professional development experiences for educators. Amie lives in Jonesborough, TN, with her husband and daughter.
