The Reimagining Our Work Initiative is a community and a movement to uplift social justice in early care and education, and work proactively to bring educators together in support, strength and solidarity to deepen their practice and learn from one another in authentic community.

The Exchange Leadership Initiative identifies and supports leadership in Early Care and Education. Leadership takes many forms, from people working directly with children in an early care and education or school-age program, to people administering programs or working with support organizations; and from working locally to working in states and provinces, nationally and internationally.

As a leading publication for professionals in the field, Exchange magazine seeks to provide a bridge linking research and practice and to bring this to professionals at all levels. Bridging Research and Practice features varied aspects of research related to early childhood education with a reference to previously published research. Each article contains practical strategies for putting the research into action for teachers, administrators, and teacher educators.
