About Barb McCreedy

Barb McCreedy has over 30 years of early childhood education and board of director experience. She has held every position within a child care center from bus driver to executive director. Currently she leads ICF’s Early Education Institute, providing technical assistance and training to a wide variety of clients including federal, military and private organizations. She travels across the country to provide training and technical assistance to directors and boards to support their work to ensure high quality programs. McCreedy has a bachelor’s of science in education from the College of William and Mary and her master’s of education from Pacific Oaks.
