Heather Ferillo is the senior director of communications and partnership projects for the education department at Bright Horizons. During her 25 year career, Ferillo has always stood up for high-quality education for children and building strong partnerships with families. She currently leads communications strategy for the department to advance learning opportunities for children and the adults that support them. As a graduate of literature from Simmons University, Ferillo’s fondest memories of working with Jim include many great debates ... especially over children’s books.
