About Heidi LaBounty

Heidi LaBounty is the director of Seeds of Faith Early Learning Center, a faith-based, half-day program in Clive, Iowa, a position she has held since 2003. In addition to her administrative work, she teaches one class of 2- and 3-year-olds on Friday mornings. LaBounty earned her master’s in early childhood administration from National Louis University in 2015. She was awarded director of the year for the Evangelical Lutheran Education Association in 2012, and was named an Exchange Emerging Leader in 2015. LaBounty is a married mom of two teenagers. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and reading a good book any chance she gets!
