About Henry Wilde

Henry Wilde is the co-founder and CEO of Acelero Learning and Shine Early Learning. Acelero Learning directly operates 47 Head Start centers serving over 5,000 children. Shine Early Learning is dedicated to scaling impact by supporting early childhood organizations around the country to implement best practices developed, tested and researched in Acelero Learning programs. Previously, Wilde oversaw the Head Start State Collaboration Office, the child care subsidy program, child care licensing, and the creation of the Quality Rating and Improvement System in the state of Wisconsin, and served as a special assistant to Marian Wright Edelman at the Children’s Defense Fund. Wilde graduated from Harvard College and the Harvard Business School and is an ascend fellow and a pahara fellow at the Aspen Institute.
