About Jill M. Bella
Jill M. Bella, Ed.D., is president of Bella Mattina. In this role she provides training and consultation to initiatives focused on leadership topics in early care and education. Previously, Bella was director of professional learning and an assistant professor at the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership at National Louis University for 22 years. In this role, she consulted on leadership initiatives, oversaw work on several assessment tools, designed and delivered trainings, and conducted research. Bella holds degrees in adult and continuing education, special education, and child development. She is co-author of the “Program Administration Scale, 3rd Edition;” “Building Whole Leadership; Zoom: The Impact of Early Childhood Leadership Training on Role Perceptions, Job Performance, and Career Decisions;” “The Administrator Role Perceptions Survey;” and several books and trainer’s guides in the “Director’s Toolbox Management Series.”
