About Luisiana Melendez (Edit profile)

Luisiana Meléndez, Ph.D., is a clinical professor at Erikson Institute and director of the institute's bilingual/ESL certificate program. In addition to her work in early childhood teacher education and professional development, Meléndez serves in several workgroups and advisory boards convened around issues of bilingual and multilingual development, and is currently a member of the Chicago Board of Education.
