Mary Hewitt has been practicing in the early learning field for the past 13 years. She is a part-time professor for the early childhood education program at Algonquin College. In the past, she has practiced as a registered early childhood educator, an Ontario certified teacher, and as the early years supervisor for the County of Renfrew. Hewitt holds a master’s in early childhood education from Western University in London, Ontario. She is passionate about the importance of education and the impact of the early years on the individual’s lifespan and society. Hewitt lives in Renfrew County with her husband and three dogs, whom she adores.
