About Melissa Wells

Melissa Wells is an assistant professor and the interim director of teaching, learning and faculty development for SUNY Empire State University where she is supporting faculty development though enhancing inclusive pedagogy and scholarship. Prior to higher education, Wells was a pk-12th grade teacher for individuals with heterogeneous needs. She has authored several articles supportive of individuals with divergencies in education throughout their lifespan.
