About Michelle Grant-Groves

Michelle Grant-Groves is the senior director at the i3 Institute: Inquiry, Intention and Innovation, a consulting cooperative dedicated to bridging early care and education systems, Birth - 3rd Grade. She is also the executive director at The Center of Gravity, a STEM-based early childhood education lab school for the Institute. Her work is anchored in racial equity and inclusion, with inquiry as a core lever for community transformation. She has over 20 years in the field, having served as a teacher, school-site and district administrator, worthy-wage advocate, author, designer and presenter. She holds a bachelor’s degree in research and policy and a master’s degree in P-3 educational leadership.
