Victoria Long-Coleman, Ph.D., a second-generation family child care provider and teacher at heart, is an early care and education specialist with Quality Care for Children. Long-Coleman trains and coaches family child care providers and center administrators and teachers on early childhood best practice. Recognized on local, state, and national levels, she is a published researcher with an interest in ECE teacher preparation and professional development. Married to her college sweetheart for over 42 years, Long-Coleman is mother to two, has two grandchildren, and a daughter-in-love.
