The World Forum Foundation’s Joyful Organizations Working Group is inviting everyone to join them on Wednesday October 29, 2025 at 11 am Eastern US time for an upcoming WoFo Global Café conversation. This is the description of what they are planning:

We’ll explore how to create early childhood organizations that are both impactful and joy-filled. Together with our special guests, Nancy Rosenow and Allen Fahden, we’ll share practical strategies for cultivating purpose, organizational stability, and contagious joy — so that every team member thrives in fulfilling their mission to support children and families.

Creating a joyful organization isn’t about piling more tasks onto your list. It’s about shifting perspective — noticing what’s already alive in your community and aligning strategy with the art of human connection. When leaders weave together both the art and the strategy, joy naturally spreads and strengthens the whole organization.
