Educators’ Neighborhood
Often, when you think you’re at the end of something, you’re at the beginning of something else.
– Fred Rogers
Today’s message was contributed by Barbara Thornton, Senior Fellow at the Fred Roger’s Institute. She wrote, “My hope is to share information on this opportunity that has been life-changing for me in my work and personal life.”
If you are a fan of Fred Rogers and are looking for a community to support learning and reflection, as well as escape the stressors of your day, the Fred Rogers Institute has an excellent opportunity for you. Educators’ Neighborhood is a community of educators who learn together inspired by the life and work of Fred Rogers. This year-long program includes both large and small group virtual meetings that support impactful collaborative learning and individual reflection. There is a cost for participation, with a limited number of scholarships available. More information can be found on the Fred Rogers Institute website.
