About Christina Aubel

Before coming to the early learning field Christina Aubel studied law, which deepened her sense of social justice, and art, which awakened a passion for the creative process. After 30 years in ECE she is now part of the child studies faculty at Bates Technical College in Tacoma, Washington. Part of her writing here is extracted from her contribution to a chapter in “From Teaching to Thinking: A Pedagogy for Reimagining Our Work.”
