About Kathy Pillow-Price

Kathy Pillow-Price was one of the 2015 Exchange early childhood exceptional master leaders. She is the managing director of the University of Arkansas' early care and education projects. She brings executive experience in leading programs and statewide networks, combined with extensive early childhood knowledge, to that role. Before joining ECEP, she served in academic and leadership roles at Education Development Center, Arkansas Home Visiting Network, Lyon College, and Arkansas State University-Beebe.
