About Kelly Garvey Pellagrinni

Kelly Garvey Pellagrini and Cady Audette are co-directors at Charlestown Nursery School in Charlestown, Massachusetts. They have many degrees in education and a wealth of experience in public, independent, and lab schools. Most recently, they were part of the first cohort in Harvard's Saul Zaentz Early Education Leadership Initiative. At Charlestown Nursery School, they have been featured in many documentaries, books, articles, and professional conferences. The pair have been highlighted by Boston Woman's Workforce Council, especially for closing the pay equity gap.
