About Natalie Williams

Natalie Williams, director of education at the Miami Children's Museum, was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Her passion for young children and creative experiences led her to obtain her bachelor's degree in child development, master's degree in leadership and a master's degree in special education. She created the podcast "Early Childhood Preschool the Real Deal UNCUT," inspired by the unspoken struggles and challenges early childhood preschool professionals and parents face. For over 18 years, Williams has taught, directed programs, served as a consultant to preschools and provided professional development for directors. She is a motivational speaker who created community outreach programs to support the early childhood field of education. She advocates for children's rights, racial equity and the LGBT+ community. A proud member of FLAEYC board of directors, the National Black Child Development Institute, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, Williams is a leader in the field of early childhood education.
