About Nichole Parks

Nichole Parks, director of programs at Leading for Children, supports the development and implementation of programs that promote transformational relationships. Previously, she was the quality rating improvement system program coordinator with A-State Childhood Services in Arkansas. Her role included establishing coaching partnerships and supporting statewide professional development programs in early learning.
