Ross Glen Chandler Nunamaker, who goes by Chad, is a licensed teacher, holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in early childhood, and is a doctoral candidate in early childhood education. He is also pursuing a certificate in early education leadership through the Zaentz Professional Learning Academy at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He was a founding member of the Young Professionals’ Advisory Council at NAEYC. Nunamaker is an early childhood leadership fellow with Groundwork Ohio; director of curriculum and kindergarten program lead for a high-quality early childhood program; executive director, director of training, and mental health specialist at The Lynda A. Cohen Center for the Study of Child Development; executive director and communication manager for Southwest Ohio AEYC; clinical supervisor for Western Governors University; a field assessor with the Crane Center for Early Childhood Research & Policy at The Ohio State University; and an adjunct faculty member at Wright State University.
