The Exchange Community is excited to announce that the application process for the next round of Exchange Leadership Initiative (ELI) members is now open.

Exchange is eager to welcome leaders who are creative, community minded, equity oriented, with a strong understanding of child development, and an appreciation for relational and care-centered practices.

Applications are due no later than September 19, 2025. The new Exchange Leadership Initiative members will first be officially welcomed during the Engaging Exchange online conference, “Protecting Play,” on December 5, 2025. (Save the date and watch for registration information soon.)
