Mirdalys Herrera Tweeton, MBA., is the executive director of Centro Tyrone Guzman. Herrera Tweeton was born and raised in Cuba. Previously, she worked at the KIPP Minnesota and Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she was a key part of the team as they implemented the combination’s strategic plan and DEI initiatives. An active member of the Latine community including her volunteer work with LatinoLEAD, she holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
