Abraham Underhill is a lab school teacher at the University of Cincinnati’s Arlitt Center for Education, Research, and Sustainability. He received his undergraduate degree from Lincoln Christian College and a Montessori teaching certificate for 3- to 6-year-olds from the American Montessori Society. Underhill has presented at local and national conferences regarding nature play and creativity. He is fascinated by the resilience of the more-than-human world in the urban landscape. He stays rooted in Ohio River Valley through gardening, neighborhood hikes, and daily moments of wonder.
