About Aleta Mechtel

Aleta Mechtel, president of Children of Tomorrow Learning Centers in Minneapolis, Minnesota, founder of Teachers for Tomorrow, substitute teacher Placement Company and the sister company, Teachers for Tomorrow Operating System, is an early childhood veteran, presenter, mentor and entrepreneur. Mechtel has been involved with early childhood education for over 20 years; working with children teaching kindergarten, private preschools and Montessori Schools. She graduated from Mankato State University with a bachelor of arts degree in elementary education with a concentration in kindergarten. Mechtel's strength lies in her exceptional skill at building positive and productive relationships with her colleagues, including within her businesses, the local and state communities and among her peers nationally.
