About Elanna S. Yalow

Elanna Yalow, Ph.D., is the chief academic officer of KinderCare Education, the nation's largest private provider of high-quality early childhood education. She supports the development of KCE's educational programs, professional development, research and evaluation, inclusion services, and government relations. She works closely with the field quality team to support the company's industry leading efforts in health and safety and accreditation. Yalow has extensive experience in the U.S. and internationally, and has worked with corporations and government agencies to identify and meet the needs of working families. She holds a doctorate in educational psychology and a master's in business administration from Stanford University.
