About Kelly Ramsey

Kelly Ramsey is a passionate educator who transcends traditional methods in instruction to build a workforce that is reflective, engaged, and innovative. She is currently a doctoral student enrolled in the leadership for change program at Fielding Graduate School, studying system change theories and how to authentically engage teacher voices in early childhood systems. Kelly is a member of the ROW Initiative leadership transition team and CEO of Developing People, Inc.
